What if you could build a special unit that allows you to directly input specific resources into tiles? Prolific Civilization series modder Ryika, who we interviewed in one of our Community Q&A features, has come up with just that!

Grow Plants and Plant Resources is an experimental mod that is still in development, so keep that in mind if you install it. Currently, it adds four custom technologies allowing players to create new resources on the map. One of these new Technologies, "Fertilization," unlocks a custom Grower unit that is used to spawn all resources, as well as improve Fruit, Fiber and Fungus. More advanced Technologies allow players to augment and unlock other improvements.
